We are looking for a Program and Operations Coordinator to join our team.

As a Program and Operations Coordinator at Media Evolution, you will be making sure that our work in competence development, foresight and community run smoothly. You’ll help coordinate professionals' participation in our program and the communication of our offerings.

This is a hands-on and varied role combining coordination of administration, communications, and operations. You’ll work closely with our project leads and place team.

In this role, you will have the responsibilities to:

• Coordinate and administer applications to participate in our competence development program (classes, courses and seminars), including drafting agreements and informing participants.

• Support the planning and delivery of public events and community activities.

• Plan and publish content across our digital communications channels (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletter) using existing templates.

• Welcome and assist participants when our courses and public events take place.

• Collect and compile data and statistics about participants and outcomes.

It’s beneficial if you:

• Have experience working in EU funded projects and supporting reporting efforts.

• Are a good writer in English, responsive to the existing tonality of the organisation

• Have an academic background in social sciences, communication or culture.
